By using Mister Pagliacci, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Mister Pagliacci on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the usage rules of the App Store you got it from.

Supporter and tips

The Supporter is an optional one-time purchase that unlocks his other costumes. Tips are optional one-time purchases that unlock nothing. Neither creates a subscription. Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms, payment rules and refund processes.

Mister Pagliacci, his jokes and his voice

The character, his jokes, his recorded voice and the app’s artwork are ours. Please don’t copy them into other products.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the app pleasant and reliable, but provide it on an “as is” basis and do not promise that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
